Argue for your limitations and you get to keep them

In the past 2 weeks, we've spent nearly 18 hours in the car road-trippin across this great country (well actually, the same 4 states back and forth but who's counting!!)

So that means LOTS OF PODCASTS.

I was struck in a common theme, mainly from people in sobriety for addiction (of which there are countless, especially in the entertainment industry): “Argue for your own limitations and you get to keep them.” I ALMOST PULLED THE CAR OVER.

Instead I quietly started tallying up all the limiting beliefs I've been affirming in one way or another, ensuring they have a front row seat to all my major life goals and decisions. (I do not recall allowing them to ride shotgun but ok…)

I also tallied up some of the limitations I let go of over the past few months, no longer willing to argue for their spot. Some of which resulted in a new coach, operations manager and help planning for the baby. I so desperately needed the help and was blocking it, all by myself. Cute!

The redeeming fact of the matter is - all anyone needs to reframe a limitation is just 90 days. James Clear in his book Atomic Habits coined the theory that it takes 90 days for a habit to become a permanent lifestyle change.

So, dear reader, it's your lucky day because I have a few spots open starting this month for exactly, you guessed it, 90 days of coaching. And because of our limited time, we'll spend time reframing ONE sneaky, shotgun-riding, limiting belief that's impeding you from living in your best case scenario.

How do we do this?

Step 1: Identify the limit.

We do this together by evaluating where you're at vs where you want to go (works best applied to career, business or purpose related goals) - it will be tempting to do a whole host of these, but we will narrow it down to the top priority, for maximum impact in our limited time frame.

Step 2: Reframe and start a new habit.

Creating new neural pathways, my favorite! We'll uncover the root and work on a reversal technique to help you change the behavior.

Step 3: ACCOUNTABILITY.

This is definitely the most important step for change. Just like a sponsor, I hold you accountable to making the lasting change you so desperately want and need. I don't make the universal laws, I just enforce them!

Logistics: Once you sign up, you have a 1-hour zoom and 30 minute call to schedule with a unique code for the month, (which re-ups every month) along with WhatsApp communication starting ASAP. We'll start a Notion dash for us to use together (here's an example) and get to steppin!

And JUST IN CASE you needed extra incentive to get things moving… use code FIRST15 for 15% off your first month!

So, take a risk, take a chance, make a change, and…

BOOK YOUR SPOT

(In addition to podcasts, we also had it locked on Kelly's SiriusFM station lol)
