She led a 17-year career in Healthcare Operations, laser-focused on operational effectiveness and climbing the corporate ladder. When she reached the “top.” and an intense level of burnout, she turned inward, healing through certifications in several advanced healing modalities, including pranic healing, reiki, and shamanism. Now, her mission is to lead people suffering from burnout into a life of connective joy.
